- LELinda Earl5 days ago2.0My daughter wanted to shop their sales today. I went with her. What a MISTAKE for me!! I'm a senior citizen, some mobility issues.. 1st problem.. no shopping cart. Had to wait for a customer to be leaving store to snag one. 2nd issue... Dah it's 🔥 hot and your AC was not doing anything to cool the store. I did find one floor fan in lady's department that I was able to stand in front of to cool down a little. 3rd not a bench or chair where I could sit and wait for her to finish her shopping. So you can be sure that I won't be back to Belk s. Not user friendly for me . This is the shallotte, nc store.

She offered to check out the items. She was very friendly, smiling and helpful as she offered to look up any discounts that may apply to his clothing purchases. She was very respectable and took time with us as we made payment. This is the type of employee all stores should have. A breath of fresh air for sure! Great job Sam! We will be back. Thank you and Happy Memorial Day!
