- SCS CoyAug 8, 20261.0I’ve ordered two items from this store and both arrived damaged. This is the second time in a row. When we returned the item, the sales associate told us someone probably returned it and they just shipped it back out. Excuse me? If a product is damaged, it should be pulled from inventory — not sent to the next customer. At this point, I’m done. I won’t be shopping here again, and I’m cutting up my Belk card.

Makes shopping a chore rather than the enjoyable experience it should be. Year round, weekend or weekday, evening or daytime, there are very few employees to ring up a sale. People leave because the wait is so long. Hire cashiers!!

Had to wait for a customer to be leaving store to snag one. 2nd issue... Dah it's 🔥 hot and your AC was not doing anything to cool the store. I did find one floor fan in lady's department that I was able to stand in front of to cool down a little. 3rd not a bench or chair where I could sit and wait for her to finish her shopping. So you can be sure that I won't be back to Belk s. Not user friendly for me . This is the shallotte, nc store.

She offered to check out the items. She was very friendly, smiling and helpful as she offered to look up any discounts that may apply to his clothing purchases. She was very respectable and took time with us as we made payment. This is the type of employee all stores should have. A breath of fresh air for sure! Great job Sam! We will be back. Thank you and Happy Memorial Day!
