- SLShannon LewallenSep 22, 20261.0I didn’t realize retail now closes at 8 pm. Needed some bedroom shoes for my dad. Walking in a an associate said the store closes in 6 minutes! I told her what I needed and she directed me to the back of the store. Didn’t even bother taking me to what I needed. I never found the bedroom shoes so I had to leave! With assistance of locating the item since I am not from the area, they could have made another sale! With box stores needing business to stay afloat, the service I received didn’t help their plight.

- JHJay HessSep 2, 20261.03 different employees, no help, no greeting. I finally found someone in makeup and asked if they had Tom Ford colonge in vanilla and tobacco (It's usually about $400 an ounce.) After she got off her personal phone texting, the first thing I get told is "Did you go look?" then "You can shop on the Internet." If that's your attitude then you need to realize once we don't come in to shop, you won't have a job.
- MFM FlowAug 26, 20264.0My aunt and I shopped there today. Nice clean store with helpful associates. Dominique checked us out and was pleasant and helpful in showing us how to download the Belk app for the coupons.
