  I visited Goodwill this evening and witnessed a situation that could have easily become much worse, but the staff handled it with remarkable professionalism. As I approached the checkout line, a customer was having a disagreement with a manager regarding the price of some pool cues. The manager calmly explained that store policy does not allow prices to be changed after items have been placed on the sales floor. Despite the customer becoming increasingly upset, raising his voice, and making inappropriate comments, the manager remained polite, respectful, and composed throughout the entire interaction. The cashier also showed incredible patience and professionalism. Even after asking the customer several times to lower his voice, she remained calm and continued helping him respectfully. A few minutes later, the customer returned claiming he was owed money because he did not like the condition of the bills he had received. The same manager came back to the front, carefully recounted the money, verified everything, and politely provided different bills. Throughout the process, she reassured the cashier that she was doing a great job and continued treating the customer with kindness and respect. I was genuinely impressed by how both the manager and cashier handled such a difficult situation. Many people would have lost their patience, but they remained professional, courteous, and focused on providing good customer service. Thank you, Goodwill, for training your employees so well. The manager and cashier represented your organization with professionalism and grace, and they deserve recognition for how they handled a challenging customer interaction.

  I had a real nice poop upon arrival, then I found some cool stuff, a man let me go ahead of him while waiting in line, finally at check out, my math had my total right at my budget of $17, in fact I thought i was gonna have to go to my truck to pay the taxes, my total was $10 and some change!!! And I got more bass in my race truck! Fantastic experience

  Clean store but nothing was organized by size so was forced to look through an entire rack for nothing.

  More a destination than a thrift store This place is HUGE and they even have a restaurant, Mexibites (which I would say skip if Chipotle or Moe's is an option. Both are better and cheaper). Not only it's the selection amazing (plan extra time if you come here because there is so much STUFF!) but it's neat and organized and still has actual thrift store prices before thrift stores decided their prices were too low

  If you're looking to spend hours wading through clothing racks this is the spot for you! I drove over an hour to check this place out but it left much to be desired. Goodwill can count their days with this bogus no dressing rooms. This is no fault of the employees whatsoever. I did find one nice purse and two tops that I tried on over my clothing. First and last stop at this location. The lady at checkout was nice.
