I purchased a go kart from dunhams, I started in roanoke rapids nc and the service was FAR from great , I drove 50 miles to the next dunhams, made the purchase, came home had to assemble it only find out that it would not start , went back to dunhams hoping to return it or get another one but they couldn't help me, I have to go through the manufacture first. They wants me to take it 80 miles one way to a shop for repairs, so that w I ll be 4 trips at my cost, no reimbursement for gas or time or the tme my grandson isn't enjoying it. So unless you enjoy getting SCREWED and out of your hard earned money, stay away!

Customer service is horrible. On two separate occasions: The 1st trying to buy a gun was a chore and the manager acted like he had somewhere better to be with almost no input on which would be a better purchase. 2nd was trying to purchase the single thing I walked into the store for and without warning was told to leave because the register was closed. Yes my fault for not checking the store times but still, no courtesy call or anything. Just the door. Do better.
