I started going to this store because it was clean, organized and friendly. However on yesterday that changed. I purchased some pants that I couldn't wear because they don't have a dressing room for people to try on clothing. Now I live in VA. so I traveled to patronize with this store. So I return the pants because as I said I can't wear them. I had my receipt the pants were on sale. So I just wanted my momey back. So the big black guy that was a sales person he is nonchalant asks me to move yo register 1 and he calls the manager she comes and says because it's a clearance item I can't get my money back. She expected me to come out of character however I took a deep breath and said ok went to look for a few things and they really didn't have anything that caught my eye. But I'm still mad about my money the fact that I still have to buy something. That's my momey not theirs and this is the craziest policy I have ever heard of. Citi trend is a store catered basically to black people and they know it. So in my opinion they make it hard for a exchange, return, and if you purchase something at full price and return it you get the sale price. This tells me they don't CARE about the people who patronize with the company. Also I don't care what Citi trend I've gone in they always hire a nasty mean attitude manager Danville Va is probably there worst she want take a item back with no receipt, rude etc. I'm making sure that I let people know how these policies are and the the unprofessional and high turnovers it is with this company. I'm tired of you all deciding what I'm going to do with my money. Nor will my family or I be spending our hard earned money with a company that feels it's ok to treat customers any kind if way. I'm not tolerating disrespect, sarcasm or a manager coming off like she the top dog and she knows this or that Reidsville manager rules are made to be broken. I don't care anything about different districts etc corporate is corporate and it didn't change over night. But you all carry on with treating people wrong about their money. And honestly when I called corporate she was nonchalant as well from the top to the bottom of people in charge are horrible.
