  Unhelpful staff. They stood around and didn’t help anyone with different sizes, etc. I stood in the wrong line for the fitting room for a long time before they told me where to stand and wait. It’s also a smaller version of Windsor. I’ve definitely seen bigger ones everywhere else. Not their fault; but, if you want to go to Windsor, maybe go to another one.

  I used to work in retail, so I completely understand how hectic things can get. However, I do believe there is still a level of respect and professionalism that should always be maintained when interacting with customers. No one should ever come up and grab something directly from a customer’s hand. The interaction was uncomfortable for me, and I hope your team can do better in the future. I still decided to make a purchase, but unfortunately, I’ll be less likely to return. I really value feeling respected and receiving good customer service, especially when using the dressing room.
