  The girl that works there with the short pixie cut hair is EXTREMELY RUDE! I frequently shop at Windsor and if you are like me then you know how expensive their clothes can be! I had 2 dresses, tags on with the receipt that I went to return today. I took them into the store and she immediately says these are past our 30 days and there’s nothing she can do. I kindly started to explain why I was returning them outside of the 30 days and ask if she could make any exceptions, but before I even could she cut me off and rudely said “doesn’t matter, nope!” And walked away from me to prevent me from talking to her further. The unprovoked attitude she had with a customer was UNACCEPTABLE for someone working in customer service. I was left standing there at the register confused, like ok I guess I’m just gonna go now? I understand she couldn’t do the return but to be so hostile and disgustingly rude to walk away from a customer who was being nothing but kind was shocking and dismissive. A lot of my friends have shopped at this Windsor and many of them have negative experiences with the same worker. I would recommend taking your business to the Windsor at south point as long as she is still there, it was actually kind of humiliating for other people in the line to see the way she treated me tbh so I would just avoid that.

  Got here at 11:24 and was told would be opening at 1:30. Surprised it’s past that and not open.

  I drove an hour to get here and I am still waiting for the store to open at 11:24 am when they were supposed to be open at 10 am. Very frustrated!

  Such a disappointing experience. I was told at 8:11 PM that the store was “closing soon,” but when I got to the register, the employee snapped that they closed at 8 PM. The website clearly says the store closes at 9 PM, so which one is it? The attitude I received was completely unnecessary and honestly left me feeling awful. If this is how customers are treated, I won’t be returning. A friendlier staff and accurate store information would go a long way, because this visit was truly unacceptable.

  Drove a hour and a half to the store website said they open at 11 and bam does not open until 12 I think website needs to be updated waste of time and gas. Pissed
