- ESEvan ShephardApr 13, 20261.0I’ve been to this location four times in the last week during the regular business hours and each time they have either been closed or made me wait 30+ minutes while they were on break - they had 2 employees but went to break at the same time. They delayed my item by multiple days because they took delivery and but we’re not open. Then I couldn’t return said item because they were closed the following days after. Also they don’t answer their phone. At all.
- SSSipsterJun 27, 20251.0I bought glasses from this place, and the person told me they would be sent to me. It’s now been almost three months, and I still haven’t received them. I’ve been trying to contact someone, but with no success. I even went back to the store twice and spoke to the same person who took my information, explaining that the glasses never arrived. Since I live an hour and a half away, I was hoping you could help me. She took my number and said she would follow up, but it’s been a month and I’ve heard nothing. She knows about my issue, and I even gave her my address more than once and spelled it out clearly to make sure she got it right. My address is correct — I’ve received glasses delivered to it before. The problem seems to be on her end, and I don’t understand what the issue is.

I've dealt with her in the past when I needed my other pair adjusted. This time I was on the hunt for a new pair of Ray Bans. Emily was nothing short of amazing with helping execute that plan. She also thoroughly explained the warranty, and I was able to get that as well. Great Job Emily! Keep up the good work.
