  Cute clothes of course. But nobody greeted me, made conversation, asked if I needed anything, or said anything when I left. I tried 1 thing on and all the employees were standing around the fitting room area joking and gossiping. I was there midday. I wouldn’t go again if the atmosphere is like this.

  I went to the Lululemon store at Crabtree today, and this was by far the worst Lululemon experience I’ve had in years. Several of the employees had an incredibly unfriendly and condescending attitude. The way they interacted with us made it feel as if we somehow owed them money just for walking into the store. Instead of making customers feel welcome, they acted like we were beneath them and barely worth their time. I’ve visited Lululemon stores in many different places over the years, and I have never experienced this kind of attitude. Some of the staff carried themselves as if they were kings and queens rather than employees working in a retail store. The sense of superiority was honestly unbelievable. For a brand like Lululemon, I expected basic friendliness, professionalism, and respect. This location was the exact opposite. Easily the worst Lululemon store I have visited.

  The manager’s attitude was extremely rude and arrogant. I honestly don’t understand where your sense of superiority comes from when you’re simply selling clothes.
