  I have been ordering shirts from the store for over five years. It’s $11 to ship which is absolutely absurd so we take the hour drive to the store to order my children’s uniforms. They are always out of stock which is fine, but I feel like they should at least for free to accommodate. This store has the absolute worst Customer Service ever. Any store you order from Online charges shipping but if you were in the store and they ship it for you, it is always shipped free but apparently not the store will never come back to the store again and do not recommend the store to anyone

  Poor quality and bad customer service. If you can get uniforms through Land’s End, it’s worth the wait. If you try to return any items here, they will not accept email receipts - you must have the green packing slip that came with your online order. The sales associate refused to process a return even though the items were new with tags and never worn simply because I didn’t have the green packing slip. She wouldn’t even consider looking at the email receipt. I will not be returning; Land’s End quality and fit are superior anyways. Save yourself the hassle and don’t shop here.

  Julia assisted us in finding exactly what we needed for uniforms. She was very knowledgeable of what they offer and served us with a welcoming attitude. Very refreshing from a retailer to a customer.

  We went to get uniforms for Cardinal Charter, and the experience was wonderful. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made the entire process easy. Ellie, who helped us, was especially amazing. She was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. Her excellent customer service made our visit enjoyable. Thank you for such a great experience!
