Sophie made our experience absolutely exceptional! This was our first time shopping for our son Isaac’s school uniform, and she went above and beyond to make the process easy and stress-free. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and attentive, taking the time to ensure every item fit perfectly and answering all of our questions with a smile. Her kindness and professionalism turned what could have been an overwhelming experience into a memorable one. Thanks to Sophie, Isaac is all set and excited for school. Outstanding customer service like hers is rare, and she truly deserves recognition. Thank you, Sophie, for making our family’s first uniform shopping experience such a wonderful one!

I have been a loyal Flynn O'Hara customer for approximately 14 years and have never had an experience like this until today. For the past five years, since moving farther away, I've ordered my children's uniforms online because I live about 40 minutes from the store. Unfortunately, online sizing can vary, so I recently ordered an adult medium that ended up being too large and needed to exchange it for an adult small. When I arrived, two younger associates began helping me and were kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire interaction. They deserve recognition for the excellent customer service they provided. A manager who has worked there for years (a woman with glasses whom I recognized from previous visits) came over to assist. The first thing she commented on was that my shipping bag was damp because the uniform had been sitting inside it. She then walked away while the two associates continued trying to process my exchange. When the exchange wasn't going through, one of the associates explained that it appeared they would need to process a full return, wait for the refund to go back to my card, and then have me purchase the smaller size separately. Because I had completed a similar exchange during a previous visit without any issues, I politely asked if they could double-check in case something had changed or something had been overlooked. The manager came back and said she could override it, but repeatedly told me that she wasn't supposed to do so and that this would be the last time she would do it for me. I immediately apologized because I genuinely wasn't aware whether this was a new policy or if something had changed since my last visit. I even apologized to the two associates because I never intended to make their jobs more difficult, and I sincerely thanked the manager for helping. Unfortunately, instead of ending there, she continued making remarks in a condescending tone. When I explained that I ordered online because I live all the way out in Zebulon and was trying to avoid making unnecessary trips, she responded, "But yet you drove out here today," and reminded me that I had also come in the previous year because she remembered me. She then told me I shouldn't order online and should just shop in the store because they keep plenty of uniforms in stock. At that point, I no longer felt comfortable. It became clear that my questions were being met with frustration rather than understanding. To avoid any further tension, I simply asked if we could stop the exchange and process a full return instead so I could reorder online. She told me it was too late because the override had already been completed. Only then did her demeanor begin to change, but by that point I was simply ready to leave. What disappointed me most is that I wasn't arguing, demanding anything, or refusing to follow policy. I simply asked a question based on a previous experience, apologized multiple times when I learned the process might be different, thanked everyone for their help, and even apologized to the associates because I didn't want to make their jobs harder. Despite all of that, I was made to feel like an inconvenience. The two younger associates were outstanding and remained courteous, respectful, and professional throughout the interaction. My complaint is solely about the manager's attitude and the way she chose to communicate with a long-time customer. After 14 years of shopping with Flynn O'Hara, this was incredibly disappointing. I understand that policies can change, and I would have completely respected that had it been explained professionally. Instead, I left feeling embarrassed, unwelcome, and discouraged from returning. Customer service matters just as much as the products being sold, and unfortunately this experience has made me reconsider purchasing our school uniforms from Flynn O'Hara in the future and instead look at other uniform providers.

Ella was crazy helpful for us! She made shopping for our first year of st Thomas Moore really easy and was able to give us some insight about the difference in dress code from our current school. Bubbly and nice. She was awesome! The manager with her was fantastic in a different way. She knew how to let Ella do her thing and how to step in when she needed too. My mom bless her heart kept trying to get the uniforms way to big and Mary the manage was really cool about correcting her and getting the right size 😂 great experience and Ella and Mary were a huge help
