- AJAnnette JuleAug 29, 20265.0Mary was phenomenal! I had a mid year transfer from one private school to another and had to exchange uniforms for my daughter. Also had to exchange uniform sizes for my son. Mary was extremely patient and thorough in the process. She navigated online order, vs in store orders, with different addresses, and new systems. She went above and beyond with customer service. Jackie was also helpful assisting my daughter to try on uniforms. Both were so patient and helpful. Amazing experience!

It’s $11 to ship which is absolutely absurd so we take the hour drive to the store to order my children’s uniforms. They are always out of stock which is fine, but I feel like they should at least for free to accommodate. This store has the absolute worst Customer Service ever. Any store you order from Online charges shipping but if you were in the store and they ship it for you, it is always shipped free but apparently not the store will never come back to the store again and do not recommend the store to anyone
- LSLauren SteddumAug 12, 20261.0Poor quality and bad customer service. If you can get uniforms through Land’s End, it’s worth the wait. If you try to return any items here, they will not accept email receipts - you must have the green packing slip that came with your online order. The sales associate refused to process a return even though the items were new with tags and never worn simply because I didn’t have the green packing slip. She wouldn’t even consider looking at the email receipt. I will not be returning; Land’s End quality and fit are superior anyways. Save yourself the hassle and don’t shop here.
