  Sheryl at Express in Crabtree Mall was an absolute delight to work with! I had a wedding coming up the very next day and needed to find the perfect suit, and she made the entire process so easy. She was incredibly helpful with picking out the right suit, finding the correct sizes, and, most importantly, showing me exactly how a suit should fit. Her attention to detail and willingness to help made a huge difference, and I left feeling confident in what I was wearing. I genuinely couldn’t have gotten it done without her. If you’re shopping at Express, definitely ask for Sheryl. She knows her stuff and provides amazing customer service!

  My husband needed a suit for a work event and Sheryl was so incredibly helpful! She got the perfect fit for him and was really helpful with styling and finding exactly what he wanted! She was so kind and amazing! Also such a great deal for a suit at express. My husband said the suit was one of the most comfortable ones he’s worn and it looks great.

  I had a great experience with Sheryl at Express at Crabtree Valley Mall. I came in close to closing needing a suit for a funeral the next day, and she immediately stepped in to help She asked the right questions, pointed out important details, and patiently helped me find the perfect suit after trying a few options. What really stood out was that even after she had clocked out, she saw me looking at dress shirts and stayed to help me pick the perfect shirt and tie combination. She absolutely didn’t have to do that, and I really appreciated it. Great energy, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service. Thank you, Sheryl, for going above and beyond!

  Hi Express Sheryl was absolutely amazing! I came in at the last minute needing a suit for my Hall of Fame ceremony tonight, and she made sure I was completely taken care of. She styled me from head to toe and helped me put together the perfect look for such an important occasion. She was professional, patient, attentive, and made the entire experience stress-free.   I had a great experience at Express yesterday thanks to a woman named Sheryl. She also speaks Spanish, which was a huge plus and helped make my wife feel comfortable. I needed a suit for an upcoming wedding, and “Sheryl” really took the time to help me find the right size, color, and overall look. She brought me several different options to try on, helped me figure out what fit and looked best, and made the entire process easy without ever making me feel rushed or pressured to buy anything. What impressed me even more was how busy the store was. She was helping us while also assisting other customers and their kids, folding and putting clothes back, and handling everything else going on in the store. Somehow, she was still able to give us great attention without an attitude or making us feel rushed. That is remarkable customer service. I actually ended up not buying the suit that day because I was still undecided and wanted to weigh out my options. What really stood out to me was that when I told “Sheryl” that, absolutely nothing about her attitude changed. No eye rolling, no negativity, no frustration, and no change in character whatsoever. She was just as friendly and professional as she had been from the beginning. That says a lot about the kind of employee she is. Excellent customer service from “Sheryl”. She definitely made both my wife’s and my shopping experience much better. Express is lucky to have her. Give “Sheryl” a raise! She earned it.
