  Terrible experience through and through. This company has absolutely awful logistics. On two separate occasions recently, I ordered items and they went almost a week without letting me know that the items were out of stock. This happened twice, two completely separate orders, where I paid in full for the items, even wasted my time going through the entire design process, only for them to email me, sorry, your items are out of stock, would you like something completely different? Do better!!! Don't use this company, way too many other options out there.

  Awful to work with. We had a simple design that included words that could potentially infringe on trademarks, so we removed them as requested. The licensing team (which cannot be contacted directly or give specific code for decisions) then restricted us from using anything that could be potentially tied to the trademarked organization, to include generic images of wolves. The "satisfaction assurance associates" then refused to relay any information regarding how absurd this restriction was and just continued to state that we cannot use anything "wolf-like" regardless of the actual animal displayed (i.e. dogs, coyotes, aardwolves, hyenas, etc.). The layers of anonymity for the "satisfaction assurance associates" is further infuriating as it removes any potential for holding employees accountable for prolonged delays and miscommunications. It took 9 days from placing our order to get to this point (with 6 days of silence from Wednesday to Tuesday), so finally we have decided to cancel the order and will now be forced to expedite our shipping from another company to receive our items in time.

  Sean was fantastic in helping me both with a custom order AND a fundraiser. I made some mistakes but he helped get me on the right path! They have a good online tool, but there is no replacement for a person with good customer service. 8/2021 Meeting up with Sean for a 2nd year reminds me of the good service I received with our first order in 2020. He demonstrates an excellent understanding of what customer services means. Our organization has group orders and a potential fundraiser that we're looking at and Sean provides detailed information along with suggestions on how to control costs, or maximize profit, in the case of the fundraiser.
