- MMMarcus1 day ago5.0Awesome store with gregarious staff. Unsure how many years they've been around, but they're NOT fly by night and have stood the test of time. It's definitely a place IMO to see what's going on currently; the used to have glass blowing on premises and you could even do a lil workshop, blow your own. Unfortunately, that's no longer the case. I will be so bold as to say that in addition to a wide variety of merchandise, if you want a really nice kinda showcase or collector piece, THIS is the place to go! They even have a functioning water pipe R/C fire engine 🚒!
- JWJeff WrightJul 21, 20261.0Customer service used to be really good. Now all the folks working there have a terrible attitude. I am a regular customer mostly because of the location. Occasionally their vapes are defective, but they won't do exchanges even for regular customers with receipts. It's pretty ridiculous. Most stores would honor those requests at their discretion, but these people give you a whole lecture. I think if the folks were a bit more professional with customers that's something they could handle. Unfortunately, they instead seem to need to be heavy handed and one-size fits all.

Will be back but however I am not a major tobacco smoker just occasionally like a short of bourbon and a bit of tobacco.
