  Visiting North Carolina from Atlanta and found a vintage bag from "What Goes Around. I'd been searching for years. Once I got home I noticed the bottom half of the bag strap looked significantly different from the rest of the strap. I contacted the sales rep and she advised "Belk does not authenticate. The bags are authenticated by What Goes Around Comes Around before we get them. All our bags come from them...Unfortunately the bags are final sale. You could try contacting WGACA directly. Hopefully the strap is authentic and may just belong to a different bag!" I advised I left message with the manager. Unacceptable to sell a partially authentic bag. If I'm wrong I'll accept that but not fair to pay almost $1200 for a bag that's not authentic. I have no issue with the bag being final sale. The authenticity is the issue. No one ever returned my call after calling 2 times. Finally I drove from Atlanta to North Carolina and spoke with the store manager on 4/19/26 who advised me that she previously worked for Louis Vuitton and that yes part of the strap was replaced with a cheaper option of leather and there was nothing she could do because I should have inspected the bag first. I advised I did inspect the bag but didn't notice the strap until I got home. She again replied there was nothing that could be done. I advised I didn't want my money back I just want a completely authentic bag not refurbished because nothing notes the bag was refurbished. I said I've purchased from WGACA in Dilliard's and never had this issue. She reinforced there was nothing she could do. Completely disappointed is an understatement 😔I assumed a positive option would be given considering I drove from Atlanta to resolve because no one ever called me. Waste of time and unwillingness to make an exception to satisfy the customer.

  Great selection of product but don’t expect good customer service. We had 2 employees that were not helping anyone choose not to help us and send us elsewhere and all we had was one item to ring up in the department they all were in. As a former retail employee myself, I found that unacceptable. I NEVER leave reviews like this either. In a world where online shopping has been dominating for a while, customer service should be front and center for everyone.

  I just had a most wonderful experience at the clinic counter here in Belks and Crabtree Valley Mall capital ABIR made such a wonderful impression on being brightness to the under eyes of my skin along with her professional touch and kindness. She deserves everything that wonderful team player does for the now beautifully growing Belk store thank you Leslie Marmorato. I’ll make sure it goes.
