- DRDebra Roten4 days ago1.0Worst customer service Ever! Don’t order anything online! 30 minutes to return 2 glasses. Crazy! I ordered some stuff online including 2 Canes glasses. When the box arrived, one glass was shattered into small pieces & the other glass was broken. There was no shipping slip w my order. I walked in Belks to shoe dept & told him I had a return. He asked what it was & when I told him glasses, he said you have to go to 3rd floor to return it. Why would he be so lazy to not return it when I am limping & can’t hardly walk. I get to 3rd floor & no one at registers. Finally someone comes & the lady takes my phone & hits all kinds of buttons but has no clue what she is doing. Then I ask for a manager & she says you need to pull this up in your Belk app. I said I did but your employee hit all kinds of buttons. An employee in a store should NEVER take someone’s phone & hit a bunch of buttons. The manager finally got the 2 glasses returned & it only took 30 minutes & the lady who couldn’t do the return said that was great customer service. I don’t know how she could possibly say that. I guess I will NO longer be shopping at Belk & will be canceling my credit cards.
