  Great store with nice associates! I was greeted at the door and asked by multiple workers if I was finding things ok. Would definitely visit again.

  This is my second negative experience with Daniel, who works in customer service. The first time I interacted with him, I was trying to look around and find what I needed, but the interaction felt rushed and unwelcoming. During my most recent visit, we were told they closed at 6 PM and were essentially pushed out as if our business didn’t matter. I understand businesses have closing times, but customer service is about how you communicate with people. Both experiences left me feeling like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. I have photos from my visit, and I’m sharing this review because I hope management takes a closer look at how customers are being treated. A little professionalism and courtesy go a long way.

  Bri is exactly the kind of employee you want greeting customers when they walk into a store. She’s kind, helpful, and has such a great eye for style. She made the shopping experience feel easy and genuinely enjoyable without ever being pushy. Alo is lucky to have someone who represents the brand so well.

  My husband blindly bought me a pair of shoes from the store as my birthday gift so I didn’t try them on before. After I received them, they were too big so we went back for exchange. However, half a size down still felt big but one size down felt small. They were just not comfortable so I wanted to return. They refused the return and said the shoes had a light scratch on the bottom and a light paint on the shoelaces. I said I only tried in my apartment for 30 seconds and never used outside but they implied I did the damages and asked for a return although the shoes came like that. I was unhappy so I decided to return the sweatshirt and the shorts that my husband bought at the same time although I liked them. They took the returns but threatened that they’ve marked my file so I can no longer return in the future. I don’t care because I will never shop here again. Very upset and surprised about their attitude and behavior. Do not shop here.

  Had a superb experience with Kendall, Joel, Kyleigh. They made it so easy for my eager three children to get the clothes they wanted. Would shop here again
