  My daughter and I visited Windsor yesterday, and unfortunately the customer service was horrible. From the moment we walked into the store until we left, not a single employee greeted us or asked if we needed assistance. Several employees were standing around talking, yet no one acknowledged us. We shopped on our own, took our items into the fitting room, tried everything on, and then walked to the checkout. When we reached the registers, two employees watched us walk from one side of the checkout area to the other, but neither one made an effort to say, "I can help you over here," or direct us to an open register. After standing there for a moment, I finally had to ask which register was open before anyone assisted us. Good customer service starts with simply acknowledging your customers. A greeting, an offer to help, or basic direction at checkout costs nothing, yet it makes all the difference. Unfortunately, this location completely missed the mark. While we liked the merchandise, the lack of customer service was disappointing enough that I will not be returning.

  Floor staff was excellent and the cashier was so nice but the GM of the store was rude and disrespectful and did not know how to delegate her own store on a Saturday where the store was very crowded

  I absolutely love the selection at this location! They have a great variety of long dresses and more shoe options than other spots I’ve visited. However, my experience today was disappointing due to the customer service. I asked an associate named Starr for help with a size; she told me they didn’t have any others, but my friend ended up finding a Large on the rack themselves. During checkout, she was very cold—no greeting or smile—and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. I’ll come back for the cute clothes, but I really hope the service improves."

  Definitely need way more workers. Shopping here on a regular day was more of a task than going shopping anywhere else on Black Friday. I’ve never experienced such disorganization in a store before. Half the people didn’t know where the line for the register was and realized they were in the wrong place about 20 minutes after waiting in the dressing room line. Half the people couldn’t even find the dressing room line, and no one was watching to make sure people didn’t cut the line. I had to put my self in uncomfortable situations that a worker should be doing and tell people to wait their turn. My mom walked around the store 4 times before she found someone that could help us get something down. If you’re going to make guests fend for themselves at least put merchandise on a reachable level. The only good thing about this trip was the young lady checking me out. I wish I caught her name but she was a doll.
