- LLLiv221 day ago5.0Asia provided me with exceptional customer service when I came in looking for a garment and I only had 30 minutes to do it. She listened to my needs for the garment and quickly helped me find exactly what I needed in under 15 mins. Thank you Asia for the outstanding customer service.
- NBNunya BusinessMay 9, 20261.0What's wrong with the short, wide African American lady with the very short curly hair who was at the register?! So rude! Asked to try something on and she got this attitude and turned to her neighbor and started grumbling under her voice. Like she doesn't want to be bothered! You should find a new job if you hate what you do or are going to act like that. Appalling!
- GMGloria MasonMay 2, 20195.0Always have an amazing experience when visiting and purchasing items at Lane Bryant. Quality ware and very enjoyable and helpful associates!
- CCCarrie CarlileOct 18, 20125.0The associates in Lane Bryant today were fantastic! I had searched several different stores in vain for a bra my size with good support (42DD), and their selection was so much better than the other places I went! I was greeted immediately when I walked in the door, the associate listened to what I wanted, and steered me to their products that matched my needs. The first bra she picked out was perfect, just needed a slight size adjustment. She was right there to switch them out from the dressing room and offered her advice when I asked for it. It took me probably ten or fifteen minutes, total--I literally didn't even look at anything else because the one she picked for me was perfect. I ended up with two of those bras (buy one, get one 50% off), and I couldn't be happier. It was such a pleasant experience; I will definitely be going back!
