- MEMichelle EllisonJul 24, 20261.0Went in yesterday with a friend while in town. I was in need of new work clothes and wanted to try them on while I was near a store since I don't have one near me. We picked out a few things and I got 2 sizes of everything since unsure of my size. I have ordered online and sometimes the same size fits perfectly and sometimes they do not. An associate came up ans asked if we would like her to put them in a dressing room for, we said thank you and handed her the items. I went to go look more and my friend tapped my shoulder and she was waiting on us. First instance of being rushed. Go to the dressing room and pick out what I want, maybes, and nopes and went back out. While looking this time same associate approach and ask if we would like her to take the things to the register. I declined ans said I was still deciding on some items. She said I could do that at the register. Being rushed number 2 and now I'm starting to get anxious and feel I'm being treated as if I'm a teenager who's just wasting time. We finish picking out what we want, I start to look thru everything to decide what I wanted to keep and calculate up prices. I told that to the cashier and put a couple things to the side and he starts ringing things up - rushed number 3 - told him I thought I had a coupon and tried to pull it up, he had already bagged everything and was just waiting on me. I gave up, paid and left to prevent my anxiety from getting any worse. Spent almost $500 and was rushed and treated as if we were wasting time or stealing. And I did have a coupon, it would've saved me about $75

After purchasing a shirt, I was treated in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner by the billing team. The behavior and tone used during checkout were inappropriate and insulting. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Customer service standards should reflect respect and accountability. I strongly urge store management to address this issue and ensure that customers are treated with dignity.
