- ATAndrzej TwardowskiSep 4, 20265.0I had a great experience shopping at Belk for a gift for my wife. Within a couple of minutes, I was approached by a lady who worked in the store. She asked what I was looking for, and I told her I was shopping for something for my wife. She showed me several options, ranging from very reasonably priced items to some that were outside my budget. She was very helpful and never made me feel pressured. I ended up purchasing a rather expensive bag, and I’m very happy with my choice. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the lady’s name, but she was very well dressed and had an accent. I really appreciate the time and effort she took to help me. Thank you, Belk! From walking into the store to finding the perfect gift, the whole experience took about 20 minutes, and I was on my way. Great customer service!

- JAJoan AmosJul 15, 20265.0Belk is my favorite store! The prices can be kind of steep but the quality of their items is the reason why I’ve been shopping there since the 90s.
- CSChris ServiaMay 24, 20265.0Decided to purchase some items today at Great deal prices. Check-out service was great. Very personable. Offered to take the hangers off all our items and did so very quickly. Looked up my charge account. Talked me through entering my card manually. Double verified our bags would not set off the security system. Great service today.
- MRMary RMay 4, 20265.0I like Belk and think they’re a great store but my reason for posting a 5 star review today is for an exceptional employee I had the pleasure of meeting in the Carolina Place location. His name is Andru. I had gone into the store for returns and a small purchase with my two year old grandson after an hour at the park. To say my grandson was tired and bored was an understatement, but Andru made the experience exceptional for him and so much easier for me! Not only did Andru greet us warmly and handle the sale efficiently but he also engaged my grandson in the process. I know his family must be very proud of the person he is based on my few minutes with him and I hope Belk recognizes what an exceptional person they have working for them. If you happen to see this Andru… thank you there are not enough people out there like you and I feel very blessed we had the opportunity to meet you today.
