  I like Belk and think they’re a great store but my reason for posting a 5 star review today is for an exceptional employee I had the pleasure of meeting in the Carolina Place location. His name is Andru. I had gone into the store for returns and a small purchase with my two year old grandson after an hour at the park. To say my grandson was tired and bored was an understatement, but Andru made the experience exceptional for him and so much easier for me! Not only did Andru greet us warmly and handle the sale efficiently but he also engaged my grandson in the process. I know his family must be very proud of the person he is based on my few minutes with him and I hope Belk recognizes what an exceptional person they have working for them. If you happen to see this Andru… thank you there are not enough people out there like you and I feel very blessed we had the opportunity to meet you today.

  There are two women in different shifts in the jewelry store. One is very gentle and kind willing to solve your problems. And the other people who were today on the afternoon shift in that same area were very impolite, unfriendly and without any attitude to help us, my husband bought some earrings from someone else and after a short time it doesn’t work. We asked for help but he only told us that we would have to pay to have it fixed. And they paid a total of 400 dollars for them and now they don’t want to answer us.

  I just passed through to get into the mall. Everyone who we ran into was nice and attentive and the store was clean and organized.

  My fiancé and I went in to get our family’s gifts from Estée Lauder and we had the most pleasant experience. Nikki and Terri from EL went above and beyond to help us find the best solution that satisfied all of our needs. We can’t thank them enough for being so friendly and knowledgeable!! I usually prefer shopping online but I’m definitely going back to this location the next time I need to shop EL. Amazing customer service!!

  I had a great experience at the fragrance section at BELK in Carolina Mall. Ana helped me find the right colognes and she was incredibly kind and patient with me the whole time. She never rushed me and took the time to explain different options and scents. She also made sure to tell me about the best deals available, which I really appreciated. Her customer service was excellent and she made the whole experience very comfortable. Thank you, Ana, for your help!
