So I get a $2.00 refund and you want to make me give my Email, Phone Number, full name, address and then DATE OF BIRTH?? ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? This is ridiculous!!!!!!!! I WONT DO THAT! So sorry to the little sales girl, you should have gotten a manager at my FIRST complaint!!! NOW you left the anti theft tag on the shirt!!! I WILL NEVER WALK INTO THIS STORE AGAIN !!!!

I was clearly told in advance that I would be able to process a return at this location, so I took the time to drive to the store, only to be treated with complete disrespect upon arrival. The staff, including the manager, were extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of helping or even attempting to understand the situation, they immediately acted as if I was lying. Being treated like that as a paying customer is unacceptable. What’s even more frustrating is that this entire situation was caused by their own misinformation. Not only did they waste my time and gas, but they also handled it with zero accountability and a shocking lack of basic customer service. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was bad enough that it needs to be said. If this is how customers are treated here, I strongly recommend going to a different location.
