  The older lady working the front desk was very rude. Horrible customer service. The worker with the pink braids was amazing though, very kind.

  Great selection of items, but the customer service was incredibly disappointing. My kids were excited to pick out their own shirts, but the staff at the counter seemed openly annoyed by them. He was impolite and responded to every basic question with a rude, unwelcoming tone. There was no help provided to look for additional sizes even when I asked for it. We weren't just window shopping—our bill ended up being over $100—though that shouldn't even matter. We felt unwelcomed as customers. A great store means nothing if the front-line service treats families like a burden.i hope the management can work on better training for their staff.

  Absolutely love this store! So cute and many great options. I love the Natural Life products. The clearance section had some great finds.

  I was disappointed by the fitting room policy at this shop. I went in with my two young daughters with the t-shirts we selected, and after we were already in the dressing room, an employee told us that only one person was allowed at a time. I asked if I could stay in the dressing room with my daughters so I could help them and make sure they were okay, but I was told they would need to come out and show me each item instead. This rule made a simple shopping trip take three times longer and was very inconvenient for a mom with special needs children. While there was a sign posted with the policy, I did not notice it beforehand. I understand businesses need rules, but this policy felt impractical and made the experience frustrating. Unfortunately, because of this rule, inflexibility and unfriendliness, I will not shop here again.
