- SBSara BakerAug 27, 20261.0I bought a snorkeling set here while on vacation. I immediately drove back to the house we were staying at to test it in the pool before we went snorkeling the next morning. The goggles were defective right out of the package and would not work properly (there was a kink in the rubber so it couldn't seal to my face). I put it back in the box and drove it back up right then. I was hoping to just exchange it for a set that would actually work. They said they couldn't take it back because now it was used. Even after I explained i literally just bought it (spent over $50 after tax) and it was messed up right out of the box. The employee talked to another employee who said the same thing but finally agreed to make a call to someone. They were told they could just refund it after they explained the situationto him. It has now been two weeks and I have still not been refunded.
