  Not happy with the booking process of the hang gliding adventure. Allowed to book online but then stated it would be canceled due to lack of staff. Online should be updated to reflect actual staff.

  Me and my bro rolled up with nothing but a credit card, a phone, and a the need for adventure and challenges. The goal was to rent 2 paddle boards and row a mile south to our families sitting on the beach. Unfortunately they only had 1 paddle board, so we got a kayake instead. Jake at the front desk was super cool, got us hooked up quickly, and made this last minute rental possible. We took our board/boat directly to the beach which was much harder than we thought, but my bro is a beast and could carry the kayak on his own. We finally got into the water and began our hour long paddle down the beach. Once we made it, our kids had a blast playing with them. Lots of fun all afternoon. Finally it was time to return them. We kissed our families goodbye as we paddled the almost 2 hour ride, against the current. When we finally made it to shore, we made it to the street. Exhausted Jake saw us while driving to another location, jumped out and saved us, by helping take them back to the shop. Without Jake we may have never made it. Thanks Jake.   I brought my dad here to get old time photos taken from VB. He's 80 and in a wheelchair. Old Time Photos on the third floor and if it wasn't for the wheelchair ramp we never would have made It! Thank you! Jay M. from Old Time Photos is AWESOME?

  Had a party of 9 for dolphin sunset cruise. It was thundering and lightning the streets were flooded and a flood watch was in effect for July 23rd...trying to get ahead of the forecast I tried to cancel 24 hours in advance as we had 3 elderly people and teenagers .all we wanted was a reschedule or a refund. They very rudely said we had to come to the cruise or lose our money. Someone did call back and say they would try but we lost 360 dollars because of this and I gave them every opportunity to make it right but was told too bad....I had used them for a lot of things in the past for our annual trip to obx....but never again....look elsewhere for a reputable place with some common sense....adios kitty hawk kites there are PLENTY of other options
