- DLDaniel LarsenJul 7, 20261.0By far THE most incompetent customer service ever. I've paid hundreds out of pocket due to their incompetence, wasted hours and hours of my life, put tons of miles on my car, taken time off work, etc. This morning, I'm told to drive to a specific location for a calibration, and they are closed. 50 minute drive. This has happened multiple times. Then I get stuck with the gas, the bill for a one time code, etc. I'm about ready to sue. I have kept receipts for everything. Most of the people in customer service can barely speak English, are extremely rude, and have some of the worst microphones I have ever heard. I have even been left stranded, due to their incompetence. Just pure and utter failure to execute, and zero accountability. This is punishment enough as is, without these people constantly screwing us over. That said, the actual technicians at the locations around Charlotte are great, but that's about all I can say.
