  By far THE most incompetent customer service ever. I've paid hundreds out of pocket due to their incompetence, wasted hours and hours of my life, put tons of miles on my car, taken time off work, etc. This morning, I'm told to drive to a specific location for a calibration, and they are closed. 50 minute drive. This has happened multiple times. Then I get stuck with the gas, the bill for a one time code, etc. I'm about ready to sue. I have kept receipts for everything. Most of the people in customer service can barely speak English, are extremely rude, and have some of the worst microphones I have ever heard. I have even been left stranded, due to their incompetence. Just pure and utter failure to execute, and zero accountability. This is punishment enough as is, without these people constantly screwing us over. That said, the actual technicians at the locations around Charlotte are great, but that's about all I can say.

  Whats the point in having an appointment when you arrive 15 mins early and then sit and wait when a customer service representative comes out and ask if you have an appointment and you respond Yes, and then they begin to tell you that it'll be a while because they have an installation when I called to make the appointment You didn't know you had an installation? you could have reschedule the appointment for a later time? The wait time is absolutely ridiculous and when I schedule an appointment, I expect to be seen around my appointment and not wait 1 hour after to be seen for a simple calibration that doesn't take more than 10 minutes i will NOT sit and wait on you again!!!

  This place is only open Tuesday and wed..must be a good racket..if you only have to work 2 days a week

  When your appt is on December 3rd, and you need to change your appointment, because you'll be out of town for Thanksgiving. You can go up to a week before your appt, or 3 days after your appointment without being charged. However, Thanksgiving ends up falling on the week before your appointment, and they are closed the day of Thanksgiving and the day after.....but there is no option to go on the 25th instead. Ridiculous....if you aren't open on Thursday or Friday, I should have the option to go the day before Thanksgiving. And apparently they have no managers or supervisors they report to. Very strange for how this business is ran. They absolutely 100% do not care about you as a person.
