  Don't know if they're short on staff or supply. What I do know is I have been trying to several days to place an order. I keep getting the run around. I was told to call later in the day, first thing in the morning, after 12 and have done what they asked each time. They still refuse to take an order from me. Actively trying to spend $200 at their store and being told no has led me to place this poor review. At this point I no longer want to spend my money here. This is not how a business should run. I'm not oblivious that it's mother's day weekend. Obviously it needs ample employees and stock which should've been prepared before now and again, I've been trying for quite some time to place my order. The staff on the phone have been rude and inconsiderate. Not worth my time or money.

  Ordered an edible arrangement Two days prior to the scheduled pick up date. Showed up at 9 o’clock (store hours are 9-7 ) to pick it up and the doors were locked. Someone finally showed up at 9:30 with a very nasty attitude. As I tried to walk in the store, he slammed the door behind him, made me wait outside, and told me I had to give him a minute. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!

  Extremely disappointed in an order I had sent to my coworker. I ordered a large, and from the photo it looks like a small. There were literally 2 strawberries and 1 looked like it was not even fully ripe. Very disappointing. I should have read the reviews first, the rating is very low.

  Can’t say what this place is like on a normal week but if you’re thinking of ordering for Valentine’s Day save your sanity and think of something else. I ordered an assortment box in JANUARY to be delivered to a friend at work today for Valentine’s. It wasn’t delivered by 2pm, I filled out a contact form online, never got a reply, 5pm still no delivery, still hasn’t left the “order received” area on the tracking page. I called the number provided on their google listing 4 times, put on hold and sent to voicemail. At 7pm I received a refund for the order with absolutely no explanation as to what happened. Happy to have a refund but annoyed my gift was never delivered. Think twice before ordering from here!!

  Thank you Kendra for the beautiful selection of flowers and the perfectly arranged and prepared chocolate dipped strawberries and cheesecake for my wife's birthday everything turned out perfect 😉
