  Don't know if they're short on staff or supply. What I do know is I have been trying to several days to place an order. I keep getting the run around. I was told to call later in the day, first thing in the morning, after 12 and have done what they asked each time. They still refuse to take an order from me. Actively trying to spend $200 at their store and being told no has led me to place this poor review. At this point I no longer want to spend my money here. This is not how a business should run. I'm not oblivious that it's mother's day weekend. Obviously it needs ample employees and stock which should've been prepared before now and again, I've been trying for quite some time to place my order. The staff on the phone have been rude and inconsiderate. Not worth my time or money.

  Ordered an edible arrangement Two days prior to the scheduled pick up date. Showed up at 9 o’clock (store hours are 9-7 ) to pick it up and the doors were locked. Someone finally showed up at 9:30 with a very nasty attitude. As I tried to walk in the store, he slammed the door behind him, made me wait outside, and told me I had to give him a minute. Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!

  Extremely disappointed in an order I had sent to my coworker. I ordered a large, and from the photo it looks like a small. There were literally 2 strawberries and 1 looked like it was not even fully ripe. Very disappointing. I should have read the reviews first, the rating is very low.

  James was great in responding to a issue with delivery and then a second issue with quality of product that was received. He was exceptionally helpful and detailed in attention and explanation. Something that is often lacking in customer s rbice needs with businesses over the last 5 years. Thank you James.

  I ordered the flowers and chocolate covered strawberries earlier in the week for Valentine’s Day, I was contacted a couple days prior to Valentine’s Day informing me they would not deliver to my location, which is disappointing in the fact I feel like they should figure out a way to not let you place a delivery order if it’s outside there travel radius. So I agreed to drive 45 minutes away on Valentines Day morning to pick up the order. When I arrived they couldn’t find the order, eventually they located it in the refrigerator, upon receipt of the order the flowers are very lack luster to say the least, some of the flowers are already withering away, all for $170. If I had known the quality was this bad I would have definitely never ordered from here, nor will I ever again. If I could give less than a star I would, anyone who is looking for this service I would advise you look elsewhere if you want quality.
