- LGLoretta GreeneMay 9, 20263.0Since Belks sold out, they're customer service has been awful. Very rude sales associates in the Monroe NC store. And the quality of their clothing is subpar.
- AGAngel GriffinMay 4, 20262.0Purchased a bra/panty, Nike socks products were fine. Only person anywhere on that side of the store was a sweet stock girl, the rest of the few were concentrated within the makeup, perfume section but would not help or ring you up, it was not busy 2pm on Monday. These 4 girls directed you to a register 2 feet from them with a 3 to 4 customers in line . I had 2 things as did a few others they could have rang up and got us moved along but no what should have took 10 mins turned into 40 mins.

Very few staff employees, only one or two registers open and the staff is slow. It has always been my favorite place to shop but now I rarely frequent the store because of the underststaffing. It was nothing for me to spend hundreds a month and now maybe a couple hundred per year. I would go more often if you could get checked out in a timely manner. The day of running in and out when pushed for time has been over for years. Very dissatisfied with upper management and hiring more employees.
