  Very disappointed with Lane Bryant’s return policy and customer service I’ve been a loyal Lane Bryant customer for years, spend a significant amount with the company, and I’m also a Lane Bryant Credit Card holder. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I recently returned an item that was originally purchased with a Lane Bryant gift card. The store issued me merchandise credit instead of returning the funds to my gift card. What makes this especially frustrating is that I have had previous returns at Lane Bryant where the money was returned directly to my gift card, so I had every reason to expect the same treatment this time. I also contacted another Lane Bryant location and spoke with a manager who confirmed that they have returned gift-card purchases back to the gift card. I am therefore receiving conflicting information about how these returns are being handled. I understand that policies can change, but I was not aware of this change, and the current policy leaves me with merchandise credit that is in-store only. I primarily shop online because I like to take advantage of Lane Bryant’s online sales and promotions. I also have a physical limitation that makes it difficult for me to stand and shop for long periods, so shopping online is much more practical for me. On top of that, the inventory in stores isn’t always as good as what is available online. This isn’t simply about wanting a refund. It’s about the fact that money that was originally available to me on a gift card that I could use online has now been converted into credit that I can only use in a store. After being a loyal customer, spending significant money with Lane Bryant, and being a Lane Bryant Credit Card holder, I honestly don’t feel valued as a customer. I will likely start having my online orders picked up at another location and reconsider how much business I continue to give Lane Bryant. I hope the company realizes that policies like this can be extremely frustrating for loyal customers, especially those who depend on online shopping.

  I had to leave a review bc of my experience with Jennette. She is fabulous!!! I had to exchange some bras out ( that had to be ordered online ). She was AMAZING! She was SO helpful and the absolute sweetest and soooo helpful!! I will only visit this store!!

  This store is so clean and well organized. The sells associates were very kind and great to talk with. These ladies showed great professionalism and customer service. Kudos to this location for having nice sells associate.
