- JKjohn ketronMay 3, 20261.0There is an employee named Carol who makes this store uncomfortable to be in She seems very pushy toward customers and acts like people are in her way. She comes across as rude and disrespectful to customers in the store I have observed her on multiple occasions. They need to find competent people who are pleasant to customers. This lady is not one of them.
- HRHigh RiseMay 3, 20261.0Idk why they would cancel their fitting room. How are people supposed to try on the clothes before they buy it. This used to be my fave goodwill but now idk. If there were thefts just don’t allow big bags or big purses in but why in the world would you cancel the fitting rooms when they were perfect.

Try it! See if you don't agree! And books!!! They have several shelves FILLED to the brim!!! Their notions department finds have filled my house for years!! You must go! Senior Citizen Day is Tuesday! Save 25 percent!!!!
- RWRichard WalkerApr 13, 20261.0Lazy and terrible assistant managers. Did a return and was issued a gift card. Tried to use it later that same day at another goodwill and they said the gift card had a zero balance. Went back to this location and showed them my receipt from the gift card THEY issued and they said it was a zero balance. I told them “I know” and that’s why I was there. They said they couldn’t do anything about it. They said it must have been used and I told them it wasn’t. I asked them to pull up when it was used and they said they couldn’t. I ask them to confirm that the money was actually put on the card sundial and they said they couldn’t. They don’t care about customers or doing their jobs.
