  Most goodwills I have visited in the Charlotte area are not that well stocked. They have few racks for household items.

  Hmmm…I see a post just made about this store which is absolutely mental. I shop here all the time and NO customer is sitting around in the store getting phone calls that new stuff is coming out. When the back door opens and new goods of any kind come out, EVERYONE in the store hears or sees them come out. Getting a phone call while sitting IN the store would make no sense!! Everyone sees the new stuff come out & has equal chance to shop it. Also, the staff here are INSANELY nice! If any staff was rude to you, you probably deserved it. All the staff are extremely helpful. I have seen them go out of their way to help customers. If the registers are understaffed that is a managerial scheduling issue. Don’t take it out on the cashiers!! Yes the prices are getting ridiculous. Hard goods are priced too high. I’m for higher prices if staff get paid more, but if it the CEO is making millions more than that’s not right! I know goodwill’s mission is to help people but what exactly are you doing to help people? Seems like the only ‘people’ you are helping is your rich CEO & higher ups get richer.

  - Avoid this location I am highly disappointed with my recent visit to this store due to poor management, unfair practices, and safety concerns. First, there is blatant favoritism happening between staff and certain customers. I watched a specific customer sit and wait until they received a phone call from an employee in the back alerting them that new racks were coming out. This customer was even allowed to help move the clothing racks into the store, which is a major safety hazard for everyone around. The customer service is equally frustrating. They only had one cashier working the registers on Senior Day, creating ridiculously long lines. To make matters worse, the short African lady working there was incredibly rude. Between the terrible service and their wildly inflated, horrible prices, I will not be returning. Management seriously needs to look into how this location is being run.

  This location already suffers from poor selection, but whats worse is the lines. Theres easily 10 people in line at 11am and one of the two cashiers just walked away, making this line so much worse

  Goodwill has always been good to me however, the last two times I’ve been there’s been a Mail manager at this location two times a week. I believe he is about 5 foot seven with a big black mustache. You can’t be missing. He started cutting the lights off at 8:20 PM and then started yelling at customers around eight 3030 minutes to get out not using the PA system and then within your shot of me at 8:40. He said he doesn’t know why these people quotation these people go shopping at 8:40 at night. What is wrong with these people, I deserved him take a toy from a kid put it back on the shelf so if you need to stay with your mother, the kid was about 11 years old no one was making a mess except for him the manager I’m very politely said that was kind of rude screaming at paying customers when the store closes at 9 o’clock so I made damn sure I want to check out Stan at 8:59. I was the last one in the store. He said the store closes at nine. I said great. I have one whole minute. I’ve been do a lot of damage in one minute. Poor Mr. mustache manager had to come over and unlock the sliding doors to let me out whoops and I so purposely forgot my receipt beep beep back up to customer service excuse me I need my receipt now is 905. I’m sure he was hating on me. That’s OK it’s not the first time but Goodwill is a good place to shop sometime.
