Had to wait in line at fragrance for service. The poor girl in fragrance helped me with a smile and apologized for the situation. Apparently they schedule down on staff on Mondays. NOT impressed. Will try Whiteville, NC store next time.

Idk if anyone else would have taken the time to assist me the way she did. She went above and beyond. She was also very polite and friendly. Staff like Morgan will keep your customers wanting to return. Thank you Morgan for being so helpful. It meant a lot to me.
