- MCMicheal CarterJun 25, 20265.0I had a great experience at Goodwill thanks to Jay at the register. He was friendly, professional, and made the checkout process quick and easy. Even though the store was busy, Jay took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was handled correctly. It's always nice to be greeted with a positive attitude, and Jay definitely provided excellent customer service. I'll be coming back again because of employees like him! Franklin square definitely needs more Jays around!!!!!

- HLH LJun 1, 20261.0I don’t usually donate at this location, but I did out of convenience, however, I won’t again. The employee who collected my donations was not friendly at all. I said hello to him and he didn’t respond, just put the cart out for me to fill up. Didn’t say thank you. When I said thanks, he gave me a thumbs up. Can the employees act at least a little grateful for the donations that provide a job for them?
