  Why in the world are the clothes organized by color and not size? I’m sure it’s more convenient for the employees but it makes shopping for clothes a complete hassle. Definitely isn’t putting the customer first.

  If you are a collector of DVDs, they have SO MANY! Just remember to make sure its in there and in good shape!

  This Goodwill has plummeted due to greed from Goodwill’s corporate. This store has always struggled with empty shelves and they now send all their CD’s, Cassettes and Vinyl to their music store in Matthews, NC! Staff told me I could go there, ITS 55 MILES AWAY! You have a store that barely has anything on shelves, they now tag everything to make returns harder and so they can also price clothing individually and now they get rid of all musical options. I’m done, people shop Goodwill for the prices, the selection and the thrill of the hunt and this Goodwill has missed the point on all 3 of those!!

  Shelves at this store are always bare besides marked up target wares. Not sure why but they had zero cd’s, cassettes or vinyls today. Looks like they’re now tagging every article of clothing with higher prices and making it harder to return items which is crazy considering they no longer have a fitting room. This goodwill is just subpar and headed in wrong direction.

  I very very rarely shop at goodwill and today confirms why. First off, they get all this stuff for FREE. F R E E. Then the prices are almost dang near new… and some of that stuff is ragged. Old. Washed 1000 times. I seriously find better deals on clearance in stores like for example; brand new shirts and pj pants today, I found at Walmart in Gastonia for 3.00 each. Anyway, my husband purchased a pair of pants here. They did not fit. I went to return and I forgot my receipt. That’s my fault, however, the cashier remembered us. She even said she did, and they still wouldn’t return the pants. Which let ne remind you, it’s not like they’re giving money back… because they don’t offer refunds only store credit. Then I asked if my daughter could take a pic of the receipt and send it to me that way… and the cashier and manager said no. Because the system won’t scan the barcode through a photo on the phone. UPGRADE YOUR SYSTEM!!!!! THIS IS 2026! Then the cashier proceeds to say “well you could’ve put your phone and email in to have an emailed receipt sent to you at your time of purchase” well…. How was I supposed to know that if you, the cashier, never presented that option to me at my time of purchase? And I am unaware of that, as I rarely shop at Goodwill. Tomorrow I will return the pants with the receipt I will find something else…. And trust my husband and I will not be back supporting this buisness. It’s a scam like everything else.
