  Witnessed a young man being the manager while shopping being totally rude to an ederly lady that had a return and did not honor the return. I will donate all my donations going forward to charity organizations. Very disappointed in the direction Goodwill has become that solely relies on donated merchandise to sell

  ZERO STARS!!!!! This place has turned awful. I went to drop off a donation Saturday and saw the parking lot full of cars so I thought I’d bring my donation by on my way out of town. NOPE!! The guy that came to the door told me he would not take my donation and I would have to come back later!!! ZERO. STARS. A bunch of people there and no one could take my donation??? The boy didn’t even give me a chance to tell him what it was or anything. I will never donate here again, the people 5-10 years ago used to be so friendly but not anymore.

  Donated something on accident and went to see if I could get my item back and I was yelled at for barely stepping inside so I could speak with someone. This is unacceptable to treat customers and donors like this.

  Dropped a donation off one morning and was scolded and yelled at by who they say is the store manager, and I was also able to see him throw my donation in a big black bin, which I presume is the trash. I have never in my life been treated like this for dropping off a donation. I will take the time and drive all the way to hickory to drop items off from now on. Don’t waste you’re time donating here.
