  An older woman employee yelled at my kids for bouncing a ball, saying, “Can’t they read the sign?” I actually agreed with her and told her it was okay to correct them, so she continued. Then things took a turn. She looked at my son, who is autistic, and asked me, “What’s wrong with him?” and “Is there something wrong with him?” I was caught off guard and simply replied that “I don’t think so?” She then continued by mocking his gestures. I was completely stunned…I immediately left the store with my son. No child especially one with a disability should ever be treated that way. I I hope the owners address this because no family should have to experience such disrespect and lack of compassion.

  Was an ok beach shop, just came in while waiting to be seated at the restaurant… not much selection to choose from.

  Rude white lady at the register. She sold us an overpriced umbrella that broke within 20 mins. No returns and the ignorant lady at the register failed to mention anything about it or the “umbrella stand” that I needed when I first bought it. Avoid. Don’t give these people your money. At least the name isn’t misleading, awful to say the least.

  Awful is the best way to describe this store. Worst customer service ever. Rude older lady at the register. Avoid at all costs I’d rather chew glass than to give these people money

  Horrible customer service. The woman at the cashier was very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional throughout the interaction. I also felt that she was dishonest while trying to make a sale, which made the experience even more frustrating.
