  Absolutely disgusting for the dressing rooms where it’s supposed to be for women changing they literally have a guy back in the center of the rooms granet there are individual cubicles with a curtain to change and there excuse was it’s the manager regardless of anyone’s orientation should not subject them the right to be back there where women and girls are supposed to change would not recommend to anyone that has kids or married will never in my life every go to another one of these stores

  I had such a great experience shopping here today! Alex and another associate were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They took the time to help me pick out clothes, gave thoughtful styling advice on what paired well together, and made the entire experience so much fun. The conversations felt genuine, and I never once felt rushed or like I was inconveniencing anyone. There was no attitude, no negativity, just amazing customer service from people who genuinely seemed to enjoy helping customers. They are the definition of girls' girls! Honestly, I wish every store had employees like them. (If not... tear it down! 😂) Thank you both for making shopping such a positive experience. I'll definitely be back!

  Highly recommended! I’m so happy they opened this store, best dresses in town! I had the most amazing dress shopping experience at this location. Huge shoutout to Halie, she went above and beyond to help me choose the perfect dress for the ball, not only that but the perfect shoes and accessories. She was very knowledgeable, very patient, and kind. She was helping another customer with her prom dress as well, and she was always so sweet, complimenting all the clients and extremely helpful. You can really tell that she loves what she does, and she made my shopping experience 100 times better. This is my third visit to Windsor, and I can honestly say that all their employees are absolutely fantastic. Superb customer service! I will definitely be coming back soon. Thank you so much for your help today Halie, you rock! 😊
