The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that inventory and customer service consistency can vary depending on the visit. A little more variety and attention to customer engagement would make the experience even better. Overall, Vans in the Jacksonville Mall is a solid place to shop for quality shoes and apparel. Great products, a welcoming store environment, and a recognizable brand make it a place worth visiting.

  Not a bad selection for what they do have I just wish it was bigger. Always a good customer service experience though.

  Great service, especially from a representative named Taylor. They gave me helpful advice on what type of shoe to try, what size, and even helped with lacing them. Very helpful since I havent been able to afford nee shoes in a long time, so the advice was extremely useful!
