  I really appreciate the staff at Vans! Everyone was so welcoming. I cannot remember the name of the gentleman who helped my son and me this afternoon, but he remembered us from our previous visits and, as always, was incredibly helpful. We wanted to ensure we chose the right shoe for a custom online order. It is always nice to receive such friendly customer service!

  I want to give a huge shout out to all the staff every single time that I have gone to the store there are always helpful and nice. Last time I went to the store two staff members went above and beyond trying to get my bearings on my wheels they did an amazing job and they were thorough (I’m sorry I don’t remember their names but it was two guys). The store is always clean and the staff is always welcoming, totally recommend this store. 🛼

The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that inventory and customer service consistency can vary depending on the visit. A little more variety and attention to customer engagement would make the experience even better. Overall, Vans in the Jacksonville Mall is a solid place to shop for quality shoes and apparel. Great products, a welcoming store environment, and a recognizable brand make it a place worth visiting.

  Not a bad selection for what they do have I just wish it was bigger. Always a good customer service experience though.

  Great service, especially from a representative named Taylor. They gave me helpful advice on what type of shoe to try, what size, and even helped with lacing them. Very helpful since I havent been able to afford nee shoes in a long time, so the advice was extremely useful!
