  For a company that sells luxury sunglasses, Sunglass Hut has a surprisingly budget-level customer service department. It's honestly impressive how many different explanations Sunglass Hut can come up with to avoid giving a straight answer. I purchased a pair of Prada sunglasses online and returned them in-store on July 6. Weeks later, I am still waiting for my refund. I've called customer service multiple times, and every single call has resulted in a completely different explanation. The first representative told me my bank was holding the refund. That explanation immediately raised red flags because a bank can't hold a refund that the merchant hasn't actually sent. A few days later, I called again and suddenly the story changed. This time I was told my refund doesn't even begin until the sunglasses reach the warehouse. Here's the problem with that explanation: it's inconsistent with Sunglass Hut's own published return policy. Their policy states that online purchases can be returned to a Sunglass Hut store, where the store processes and registers the return, with refunds issued back to the original payment method. It does **not** say that every standard pair of sunglasses must first sit in limbo until they physically arrive at a warehouse before the refund process even starts. These weren't prescription glasses. They weren't custom-made. They weren't Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses. They were a standard pair of Prada sunglasses that qualified under the normal return policy. So if the policy says the store processes the return, why am I being told weeks later that nothing can even start until a warehouse receives them? And if that's supposedly true, why was I previously told my bank was already "holding" the refund? Those explanations directly contradict each other. For a company selling luxury eyewear, the customer service experience feels anything but luxury. Accountability seems nonexistent, communication is inconsistent, and customers are left chasing refunds while being told whatever explanation happens to be convenient that day.

  I am a costas girl so I didn’t spend much time browsing in the other sections. I didn’t really see anything that I liked so I was about to leave when Sayma suggested that I try looking At Maui Jim’s . She must’ve been paying attention to what kind I currently own and what kind I was trying on because she suggested the perfect pair for me. Very pleasant experience
