I’ve got friend that have told me countless times he tried to get ahold of supervisors to check up on delays and communicated data information to his state. It took days for a supervisor to contact him back, all because no one else over the phone knew ANYTHING, it really seems like none of these employees receive any initial training, let alone any follow ups. This is a horribly unprofessional and incapable company, I highly recommend to anyone to boycott this company and find another.

My truck was permanently locked out and I had to take my kid to the ER, ended up having my fiancé to take off work to take grab us at 1230, here we are just getting home and I’ve been on hold for 20mins….things are about to get spicy with whoever answers
