  Penny's hair salon is amazing. Highly recommend. Yes a little pricey compared to some salons but it makes up for it in the customer service.

  JCPenney exceeded my expectations and made shopping for clothes an enjoyable experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly kind, professional, and had a great sense of humor. They made the experience fun while also taking the time to help me find the right fit. One thing that really stood out was how helpful the employees were when sizing me for several clothing items. They took the time to make sure everything fit properly, which made shopping much easier and gave me confidence in my purchases. Customer service like that is becoming harder to find, and it definitely deserves recognition. To top it all off, many of the clothes I was looking at were on clearance, so I was able to pick up some great quality clothing at excellent prices. Great service combined with great deals is always a win. The store itself was very clean, well organized, and brightly lit, making it easy to browse and shop comfortably. The fitting rooms were clean and readily available, and even the men’s restroom was spotless, which says a lot about how well the store is maintained. Overall, this was an outstanding shopping experience. Friendly employees, excellent customer service, clean facilities, and fantastic clearance prices make this JCPenney an easy five star recommendation. I will definitely be back.

  I had a wonderful experience in the store, and Randa was very helpful at the cash register. She provided amazing customer service and I would shop there again if I knew Randa was there!

  JCPenney's Salon has some of the best stylists!!!! Who would have thought 😄. I don't go anywhere else at this point. I have done highlights, low lights, just the roots, just the tips, top part darker bottom part lighter, they do all kinds of things. They do all kinds of hair as well. I've seen every race, men and women, boys and girls! While the salon itself has much to be desired because they need to put some money into painting and flooring and lighting, The stylists there are second to none! If JCPenney's were to put some money into the look of the salon they would be making a lot more money!!!! And for goodness sakes put in a window/skylight, it needs natural light. Prices are on par with all the other salons in the area. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 review for the stylists, ⭐⭐⭐star review for the space 😄

  Really nice place to shop, quality cloths. Shoes , suits, accessories, perfumes. Colognes, under garments, house wares, etc.
