- RMR McJun 21, 20262.0Citi Trends always has nice products. This particular location seems to have some crazy ups and downs. There’s never any consistency with how the store is organized. Staff and management change so often and it seems like with each change the direction of the store with it. There’s now a new manager as of May 2026, since then the stores customer service and organization have improved immensely. My one and only issue. IT IS EXTREMELY HOT!! The stores air conditioning does not work and it feels like a Sauna. I don’t know how their employees work in that heat all day! It’s too hot to shop comfortably at n there. I can’t stand being in there more than 15 minutes. If you do you’ll be leaving drenched in sweat. They need to do something about their air conditioning!

My son wore them one time they ripped and they said oh that's not their problem poor quality may clothing you pay what you get like I said don't ever stop there
