It makes the store appear good when their not. cheap cheap quality is being sold for a high cost. I bought these for buy one get one. I made a return with it, thinking it was two different transactions, it wasn't. Had I of know I was being charged $91 for shoes that won't last a month I wouldn't have.

- CCchakia843Apr 12, 20261.0Went looking for formal dresses and after I walked around searching for the dresses, I saw a lady whose T-shirt said Pam on the back hanging up dresses so with her back towards me I said “excuse me” without even glancing back she says “yes” and I asked “do y'all have formal dresses here?” She answered “no we do not” again without even turning around. I said “ok thank you” and the lady never said have a good day, can I help you find anything else? Nothing. She came off very rude and dismissive like I (the customer) was bothering her. I walked toward the door and I ran into another sales lady…she smiled and said “how are you, you finding everything ok?” She asked if I had today’s coupon from the app and it was a completely different customer experience. I didn’t catch her name but she was a tall brown hair lady. Pam made me not even want to look at anything else in the store but the last encounter I had was very welcoming and made me continue to shop. Pam needs to get off the sales floor if she doesn’t want to be bothered by customers.
