At first Emma was not able to get the new pad on but took the time to discover a piece of the plastic was stuck in the nose pad holder. She managed to get the piece out and put the new pad on. Emma was extremely helpful. She exemplifies the type of customer service to be proud of. Absolutely great hire!!
