  We had such an amazing experience at Lululemon thanks to Morgan, Mike, and Jade. We had actually never shopped there before, but after the way they treated our family, we absolutely will from now on. They went completely above and beyond helping my husband find work dress pants that actually worked for him, and they were so patient, friendly, and accommodating the entire time. Shopping with two very small children can sometimes feel stressful, but they made us feel comfortable and welcomed from the moment we walked in. It’s rare to come across customer service that genuinely feels this kind and personal. Top notch experience all around — thank you again, Morgan, Mike, and Jade!

  I’ve been shopping at Lululemon for at least 10 years. The Birkdale staff is the best, very personable, great vibes and fun to work with. I recently had them at my gym Activ Fitness for a mobility and strength training session, what an incredible experience. Next we will be hosting a run club event with them.

  I had a great experience here with the staff. I forget his name, but I spoke with someone who helped me with a product issue. He and the girls there were very kind and helpful. I really appreciate their assistance and understanding. Will definitely be coming back in the future. Great location and great staff.

  I have to say, the staff here is absolutely the best. There were a couple of people that helped me along the way to figure out which set(s) to get, but I have to say Ms. Trippy, is such a sweet heart! She is so patient & genuine. I cannot thank her enough for helping me figure out which items to get, even if it took me multiple try ons & 2+ hrs in the store! A moment I will treasure. Thank you for being so Patient with me, Ms. Trippy & everyone!
