  I feel like I was racially profiled today no good service at all. I normally get my daughter's the lunch baggies which are popular for the lunch bags used at school I was told that you need to make a purchase to receive small bags. I know that isn't true because I've shopped at Lululemon numerous of times all over the world and I've never been told that only at this location birkdale. I'm unsure of if they want black people to come into the store or not but we should all be equally treated. As soon as I arrive to the cash register to ask for bags the lady looked at me really really funny and side eye!

  I just left the store and would like to give a big shout to Emily. She greeted me as soon as I entered the store. Also, took her time to show some me a couple bags in store and even offered online ordering. Also was kind to give me a couple extra small bags . I greatly appreciate the exceptional service she provided with a smile on her face.

  We had such an amazing experience at Lululemon thanks to Morgan, Mike, and Jade. We had actually never shopped there before, but after the way they treated our family, we absolutely will from now on. They went completely above and beyond helping my husband find work dress pants that actually worked for him, and they were so patient, friendly, and accommodating the entire time. Shopping with two very small children can sometimes feel stressful, but they made us feel comfortable and welcomed from the moment we walked in. It’s rare to come across customer service that genuinely feels this kind and personal. Top notch experience all around — thank you again, Morgan, Mike, and Jade!
