  I have shopped here before and I found some very good buys. This time I was just dropping off my mom's wedding dishes. I didn't ask for a receipt, although they asked me if I wanted one.

  Kaleyah at the Huntersville Goodwill consistently provides outstanding customer service. She is incredibly personable, friendly, and patient, no matter how busy the store is or how complicated the situation becomes. During our visit, we had a confusing issue involving where our store credits were located. Instead of rushing us or becoming frustrated, Kaleyah stayed calm, took the time to investigate everything thoroughly, and made sure the problem was completely resolved. Her patience and professionalism turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a great one. What really stands out is that she’s always staying busy, always smiling, and always willing to help anyone who needs it. Employees like Kaleyah make people want to come back. The Huntersville Goodwill is fortunate to have someone who genuinely cares about providing exceptional customer service. Thank you, Kaleyah, for going above and beyond!
