  I shop at the location in Cary all of the time and love it. This location is a hot mess. The young girls who are running it were very nice but offered me $2 for a bunch of brand name items which I ended up just taking to donate, simply because they were too old (I bought them last year). They also don’t have a call or email system so when it’s a high volume time you have to just estimate when they’ll be done with your items.

  I love this store but on Wednesday I went with my partner and one of the girls was flirting with my partner she took a skirt of respect and not very preferential also since I entered she did not take her eyes off my partner and she was not kind to me at all

  Always welcoming staff fair prices o make the trip to Holly springs bc they buy almost everything that’s good quality totally love this place

  Staff was not friendly or engaging. I took in lots of almost new, barely worn jeans and shirts, they only bought one thing, not a problem if they had actually looked at the clothing, they skimmed the top and did not even unfold the rest of the clothes. Reason they said they did not purchase anything more was because items were worn and kids sizes. That would fly with me had they even looked at what was in the bag, and if they did not buy my dead mothers sandals from the early 90's. No kids stuff, lots of xs and s sizes though. This place is a joke.

  Place is fine, i’ve sold to them multiple times and had lowball offers back after they took multiple pieces of Lululemon and popular name brand items and most of the time never take any name brand items that i’ve given them. When I walked in to pickup my items today I was not greeted or noticed for a while, when I walked in all staff where on their phones not paying attention to anything which was odd since they work there
