    It's not the place or the person who works here that is terrible, it's the company itself! Today is my uninstall date and I have gone through 3 years of hell with this company. From false positive tests due to a sugar-free breath mint, to having to pay $45 just to get a code because I accidentally missed blowing into the device. Even though I pulled over and waited the mandatory 5 minutes and was immediately able to start my car again, they still charged me $45. It's just a BS money racket and I would recommend going with another company than this one. If you need to call and talk to somebody you better set aside a day because getting a hold of customer service is an hours long process. God forbid you're stuck on the side of the road and need immediate help because you're not going to get it. I'm glad to be done with this and this horrible company. Beware!

    Brought vehicle in to get serviced and the kid there says he can’t work on it because of the complexity of the vehicle. Wasted 1.5 hours there to only have to be sent somewhere else hopefully they are smart enough to handle. Called customer service and was on hold for an hour and still no call back. Company itself is a complete ripoff and hold times are ridiculous. God forbid someone has an emergency because you have zero chance to get assistance with an appointment or anything else but when it’s new service, the phone is picked up in less than 10 seconds. All they care about is money money money and the level of customer service for issues with the device is the absolute worst.
