The only time I’ve been in that there has been more than one cashier, outside of cosmetics, was Christmas. I stood in line today for over 20 minutes to make a return, but ended up leaving without completing it because there were still three people in front of me, and eight behind.

First Lady told me she didn’t have time, Second Lady said she was too busy, 3rd finally told me the price then scolded me for trying to use a coupon. I asked for someone’s name and was told I didn’t need it. I have shopped at Belk for years, and no other is like this. This store has an attitude issue

While some prices can be a bit high, the store is generally reasonable because they offer so many deals, special offers, and coupons. If you shop smart, you can get a lot of value for your money. The Warning: Avoid the Belk Credit Card However, I have one major piece of advice: do not use the Belk Credit Card. Their late payment policy is very unfair. If you miss your payment by even one or two days, they practically double what you owe. My Personal Experience: This actually happened to me. I only owed $20 on my bill, but because I missed the deadline, I checked later and found the balance had jumped to $40. It is frustrating to see a bill double over a small mistake. Final Verdict: Shop at the store for the quality and sales, but stay away from their credit services to avoid those crazy late fees!
