  Sales people are nice but the exchanges are only for certain items. As a business, they should handle exchanges from 3rd party items and rightfully exchange a product if it doesn’t work well. 30 days max are for all returns and exchanges but they only offer that with certain items.

  Recently moved to NC from South FL and stopped in to Apotheca in hopes of finding some natural relief for my CPTSD, Anxiety, Insomnia, and Depression. Corey was absolutely amazing at educating me on the products that would help my specific needs! The store is beautifally laid out and a pleasure to shop at. I'm so glad that I stopped by and this location has certainly gained a new loyal customer! Many thanks to Corey for his kindness and assistance!!

  Have been told about this place several times, finally made it in today. The associate that helped us was super knowledgeable and friendly, made suggestions and answered any questions I had. I will most definitely be back.

  After dealing with a manager and customer service, I have changed my review to 5 stars. Mistakes happen and personally, I wasn't blaming anyone specific. Every time we've gone in here, the employees have always been very friendly and helpful and the manager And customer service both handled the situation well and fixed evervthing .so they definitely got my business back
