- MLMG Low6 days ago2.0Always good selections and prices. I just wish customer service was up to par. It seems like all the customer service agents only cared about selling credit cards, that they no longer care about good customer service. I was looking around for jeans and the lady around the counter told me with an attitude, "Ma'am, if your size isn't there then it's not there!" Just rude! It's not like I was even going through the jeans like crazy. She didn't bother to help me or even acknowledge that I needed help besides making her snarky comments. But when it came time to check out, her attitude changed and she was all about getting me a credit card... Yeah after that customer service from you, I'm not getting credit card. I'd rather go to the Belk in Statesville because the customer service is much better.
- JMJessica MendezSep 20, 20261.02nd time coming into this Belk and the associates don’t offer to help or anything. Had about 4-5 pair of shoes I wanted to try on and no one offered to help, didn’t see anyone in the shoe department but one time and then he disappeared again. What happened to the associates being happy to help?
