  Terrible customer service by the manager Friday evening (September 11,2026) I looked online for a set of golf clubs and seen that they were having a Hot Deal on a set, $100 off (1st and 2nd pictures) . So I screenshot the set and the coupon and go to the store get the set and there’s a sign (3rd picture) there saying they were $100 off, go the counter and they don’t ring up on sale.she calls the manager and he says the sale don’t start til the 12th, I said well the sign shouldn’t be up! He wouldn’t even look at my screenshots on my phone. He walks away with no resolution, I start talking to the cashier and show her my screenshots. She says let’s try again. She scans the item and then scans my screenshot of the coupon and it worked and I got $100 off, no thanks to the rude manager!

  I do not understand why stores like this can’t figure out customer service at the gun counter. Stood at the counter to make my purchase with two employees completely ignoring me. Even walked up to the front desk to ask if someone there could help me, they said I had to be helped by the gun counter, I gave up and left. I guess I’ll buy someplace else. I just don’t get it. If you don’t want to provide customer service, maybe don’t work in customer service! I’ve been in this store a few times, and it’s always the same. Reeks of poor management

  So if you enjoy overpricing, poor customer service, unprofessional management or unlabeled merchandise. This is your place. When I looked up the reviews their website said they were closed, as they should be. Up your game or walk away.

  I’ve really been trying to give this sports store a chance, but they keep making it hard. While they have a good selection, their customer service is consistently lacking. This latest visit I experienced a very long line with only one cash register who only had one speed, slow. While waiting, a second employee came up and. Saw the line and then left. The only cash register then said the other register was open at the other door so we went there to find it shut down. Now back at the main line and at the end of the even longer line, the previous employee was back watching the line. I asked her if she could open another line and she responded that is what she was about to do, and she seemed bothered that I even asked. Overall, they can’t even do average well. They need more people to run that store. It is experiences like this that make me go to Amazon instead of buying local.
