- SYSara YetskoFeb 17, 20203.0The store is a mess and their customer service is lacking. I couldn't find a register to actually purchase the items I wanted to purchase. I had to walk around the entire store to find a register. Out of the 8 items I purchased I needed to return 3 that didn't fit. I originally paid with my debit card and when I returned I did not have my debit card. Most places will give you cash back when you paid with your debit card but not Belk. You have to get your refund refunded to the original payment method. I completely understand this if it's credit card or store card, but not a debit card. I had to go back home and get my debit card and drive the whole way back.
