  I was pleasantly greeted at the door at the Hampstead store. I told the greeter I was there for an engraving and he directed me to Liza. She was both professional and personable. This is a very sentimental ring and she showed me my font options and appreciated my personal story. She assured me they would take good care of it. We also talked about estate jewelry and the history behind older jewelry. I took a look at Perry’s estate jewelry, which was stunning. I can’t wait to see my engraved ring when it’s finished.

  My fiancé and I stopped into the Hampstead location looking to have two heirloom wedding bands restored and another ring turned into a pendant. Chasen took the time to look at the rings and walk us through the process. He even gave us multiple options for the pendant. When we picked up the rings, Shaina assisted us and made sure everything was perfect. Honestly we never thought the rings would look so good. We are so grateful for the work Sara did on them. They look brand new and our family members would be so happy to see us wearing them. Sara also did an amazing job on the pendant. It actually looks better than the original ring. Thank you to all three of you for making our dreams come true!

  The nice people at the Hampstead location were kind enough to size a watch for me that I did not even buy at the store. AND they did it for FREE... Everyone was so nice and this was just exceptional customer service. They definitely will have a customer in me and my husband as we will be back. Thank you again Perry's of Hampstead!

  My fiance bought my ring from here and then we went back to get it resized. We ended up looking around at wedding bands. The team was so patient, helpful and invested in our story and vision. I can not say enough great things about our experience so far! Before we left they cleaned my ring, made us feel so special, and we walked away with goodies too! Thank you for making this feel so fun to do together!

  Would not recommend doing business with Jordan Perry, he is absolutely nothing like his father, his father treats all people kind, but Jordan treats well dressed people like royalty but working people in regular clothes like dirt. I will not ever do business at this location if he is there. He should be ashamed of himself. Very disappointed. Zero stars would be more fitting.
